Main Factors Cause Acne Caused

What causes acne?

Did you know that common acne, also known as acne vulgaris, has suffered as much as 85% of adolescents and young adults? This is a very high percentage of the population, which contributes to this skin disease.

Cause of acne is not fully understood, but there are several factors that contribute to the development of this inflammatory disease of the skin. Genes play its part here, so if parents or grandparents suffer from this skin condition, you will be prone to getting acne itself.

More specifically, there is a link becomes a hormonal activity, such as menstrual cycles and puberty. Previously, over production of sebum has been considered the main cause of acne. Sebum is an oily secretion of fat and fat cells to keep producing, caused by overactivity of the sebaceous glands of the skin.

However, it appears that the narrowing of the follicular canal, which has its roots in the hair of the skin, is also an important factor that causes common acne. There are several other factors that may contribute, such as stress, the accumulation of dead skin cells, an allergic reaction to bacteria in the pores, scratches and the use of anabolic steroids.

What has not been confirmed in any way, is the contribution of high-fat diet, including chocolate, French fries and chips may have about acne. In general, victims should experiment with your diet to see how food affects the severity of their acne.

That could have an effect on acne is a diet rich in refined sugar products. Acne is rare in societies that have not been influenced by our Western lifestyle. These people have glycernic low in your diet. However, if the reduction of foods rich in glycernic has drinks, sweets and white bread, has a significant effect in reducing acne disorders has not yet been demonstrated. Maintain a low consumption of these foods affect your overall health for the better.

Another misconception about acne is personal hygiene. Acne is not caused by dirt, so poor personal hygiene is not a factor. To make this clearer, acne causes blockages to occur at depth in the channel or the hair follicle and as such can not be washed away. In fact, something more than a gentle cleaning creating new lesions by damaging or over drying the skin.

A lighter note, if you heard, that celibacy or masturbation can cause acne, and sexual intercourse can cure, I have good news for you. There is no scientific evidence to suggest that this is true.
